What is ATC CNC Machine and the advantages of Rhino ATC CNC Routers
ATC cnc machine means Automatic Tool Changer cnc machine, there have two types tool magazines for option, one is linear tool changer and another is disc tool changer.
1.Also the tool magazine location on ATC CNC machine that can be fix as per table size.
If the table size length is longer more than 3000mm (5ft),we advise the tool magazine fixed beside of table or penumatic linear tool changer fixed on atc cnc machine gantry.
So it will save so much tool changing time and increase the working efficiency. Becasuse as you can understand if tool magazine installed behind of table every time tool changing the gantry head have to go behind of table,it will lost much time in every tools changing one by one.
For disc tool maganizes usually we fix it beside of gantry head, so it will move as per the ATC cnc spindle and can achieve tool changing fastly.
2.About the tools quantity on tool maganizes in ATC CNC machine we can install 8-20 pcs for customer option.Below is the linear tool changer magazine drawing and every different ATC CNC machines our engineers will make drawing as per its structure.
What else no matter what is quantity tools on machine when delivery we will provise the cooresponding numbers of tool chck , like ISO 30 ,BT40 etc.
