The customer’s business focuses on architectural decoration and stone finishing works, covering high-end marble and granite projects for local construction and renovation markets across Morocco.
The customer placed the order for this 4 axis stone cnc machine last year, after careful comparison of different stone fabrication equipment options. They were looking for a multifunctional stone cutting machine that could combine the performance of a bridge saw and a stone engraving CNC, instead of buying separate single-purpose machines. Traditional bridge saws are good at slab cutting but cannot do 3D carving or rotary work. Ordinary 3-axis stone CNC routers lack the ability to process cylindrical stone balusters, columns and round decorative elements. This 4 axis stone cutting machine perfectly fills this gap. It can handle flat slab cutting and engraving for wall cladding, floor tiles and decorative panels, while the rotary unit opens up the production of round stone components and foam moulds. On-site FAT & Customer Feedback
In October this year, the complete machine finished assembly, wiring and repeated running tests inside our workshop. The Morocco customer travelled to our factory in person to carry out the full acceptance inspection. Our technical team arranged a complete test run sequence for the client: straight cutting on granite slab, marble relief engraving, surface grinding and polishing, rotary stone cylinder carving, and foam mould machining.
After checking the machining precision, running stability, noise level, safety response and the finished samples one by one, the customer gave highly positive feedback. He confirmed that the actual performance of this 4 axis stone cnc machine fully matched our technical quotation and specification sheet, and he was very satisfied with the overall quality of this stone cnc with rotary.
