This is Rhino latest technology 3D 5 axis fiber metal cutting machine, also can be called bevel laser cutting for angle cutting or degree cutting. It is widely used in industries such as automotive, aerospace, and construction machinery. By coordinating the three linear axes (X, Y, Z) with the two rotary axes (A, C), it achieves high-precision cutting of complex three-dimensional curved workpieces, particularly suitable for processing high-strength steel, irregularly shaped pipes, and composite materials that are difficult to handle with traditional stamping molds |
The positioning accuracy can reach ±0.01mm, with a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm. Combined with CCD visual inspection and 3D distance sensors, it can automatically compensate for workpiece position deviations to ensure uniform cutting quality.
Supporting five-axis continuous cutting, it can perform multiple processes such as trimming, drilling, and beveling in a single operation, reducing clamping frequency and increasing equipment utilization to over 85%.
It can process stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, and carbon fiber composite materials, particularly suitable for bevel cutting of high-strength steel plates with thickness exceeding 15mm, effectively addressing welding challenges.

Control Box The control box of fiber laser cutting machine RFS-1530-3000 is configured separately to reduce interference and easy to maintain. To ensure the stability and avoid signal interference,we use the following measures based on electrical technology 1. The main circuit and control circuit are connected by wires separately bypass. 2. The wire of main controller use shielded or twisted wire. 3. The connection of motor and driver use separate outlet to avoid parallel with other wires. 4. I/O interface chip、controller、sensor and the connector are as close as possible.5. The connect wire between upper and lower equipment use the Aerial plug connector and Weidmuller terminal block. |
Bevel cutting have four types
NO-1- is x bevel cutting
in x bevel cutting we bevel cut plates from top and bottom sides the angle cutting of top and bottom are same from both sides like tip to tip
NO-2 - is Y- bevel cutting
on y bevel cutting we cut the both the sheet from the top sides on certain degree and bevel cutting slope is not more than the half of its sheet thickness in y bevel cutting we can cut the sheet from one side and bevel cutting slope is not more than the half of its sheet thickness
NO-3 - is v bevel type
in v bevel cutting we can cut the completely bevel cut from the top to bottom of the sheet complete chamfring is done from top to bottom and that is v bevel cutting
NO-4 - is k bevel cutting
k bevel cutting is somewhere same as x bevel cutting but in k bevel cutting top and bottom angle of cutting can be different
